Each 45 minute session will include the following:

  • I will provide a combination of training of the horse (me working with the horse) and personal instruction for you with your horse in real time in order for the horse to progress as smoothly as possible.
  • Use of my Benefab Therapeutic Products during session if needed.
  • Specific exercises and mindful practices for you and your equine.
  • A session recap/report complete with photos and helpful explanations and imagery sent to your email for reference and learning.

I will teach your horse to access their body and use it in a way that protects the nervous system aiding in proper function throughout the body. Along the way I will also teach you how to help your horse with their specific needs. These sessions are completely horse guided meaning they are based on the horses physical & mental abilities at that moment in time along with the horses consent to participate. This does not mean they get to do whatever they want. What it does mean is that if they find what is being asked to be beyond their threshold at that moment we will ask for something they can do more easily and revisit the other exercise later in the session or in another session depending on their needs. the session time with your horse may be a little as 20 minutes or the full session length depending on their need that day. If the horse needs to end early the remainder of the time will be spend discussing their needs and custom plans, answering any questions you may have, or reviewing images together to continue your education.

Sessions are 45 minutes but scheduled on the hour.
